Samantha leads the Facebook app consumer marketing organization. She is responsible for defining the brand vision to fundamentally transform how people feel about and use the Facebook app. The work spans across the consumer lifecycle to expand value and build trust with consumers.
Prior to joining Facebook, Samantha led NFL, Olympics, and Affluent Segment marketing at Visa. She is the winner of the Clio sports award for her work on the Olympics. At American Express she led the consumer co-brand acquisition marketing working with Hilton, Starwood, and Costco. She also built the emerging tech and innovation marketing team.
Samantha has a BA in Economics and Asian Studies from Tufts University, a MIA from Columbia University in International Affairs and Finance and a Degree in Occupational Studies from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts from the California Culinary Academy.
As a marketing executive, she has over 20 years of experience working across consumer brand and product marketing in tech, financial services, consumer goods, and publishing.
